“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

“Bruce and his team are professional, trustworthy, and do high-quality work. They take pride in their work and it shows. We hired them for roof replacement, attic insulation, and skylight installation. Bruce took the time to talk us through different options and their costs and helped us choose the right option for our house. “Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied.
