“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“My roof was getting old and starting to leak. It looked pretty ratty and I hated seeing missing shingles. I called M&M Construction and they were able to give me a free estimate. I liked that the guy they sent out was a project manager who seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and not your average slick salesman. The price they gave me was in line with other prices I received and I decided to go with them. The workers weren't annoying, they came on time, and they did the job pretty quickly. They even cleaned up my yard at the end. Apparently these new shingles have a lifetime warranty and at least my roof looks nice again.”

“I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”

“Pete Pratley and his team did three large home renovations for my family over the last 20 years. We were very pleased with the results, the construction process and the competitive pricing that we received on all three. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in guiding us through the design, permitting and construction stages of the projects. He had many helpful design and construction ideas throughout the process that we look back on now and are glad we took his advice. Lighting recommendations, window selections, structural and foundation advice, plumbing ideas and others that proved to be very valuable over time. He met deadlines and schedules that were agreed on and was very clear when it came to changes and cost adjustments before they occurred. He and his crews were always a pleasure to be with and my family felt very comfortable with them in our home.
