“I'm a disabled veteran and we needed our house to be wheelchair accessible. We hired Garrett because after searching, we found that he does a lot of remodeling or building accessible homes. We also found he does a lot of veterans home for accessibility. Anyway, they are very professional and pay attention to detail. We added about 1500 square feet to our existing house. He knows all the requirements that need to be met to satisfy the Veterans Administration. He has great ideas when you are stumped on the design. The crew gets here every morning, and right at 7:00am they first hammer hits the wood. I think it is a wake up call and to let us know they are here. Lol. Personally I could wait till 9:00am. Well I just don't know what to write here other than I would strongly suggest that if you need work done and your looking for a contractor, here he is. He does a lot more than just accessibility issues and is a busy man. That helped me to decide to hire him. I used to,do remodeling and building before Military service. Being real busy is a sign that there is a lot of customers who are passing your name around. It was for me, so I take that into consideration.”

“We had the priveledge of buying a Matteson Speck Home. We Loved everything about it. The design was new and refreshing, the attention to detail was like nothing we had seen. John Matteson is so friendly and great to work with! If we ever have a problem we call and let them know. Amy Matteson gets right on it and gets it taken care of immediately! Amy is as sweet as can be and her goal is to make it right as soon as possible. Jim can fix any thing and arrives with a big smile on his face ready to tackle the problem with a great attitude. It has been such a delightful experience working with everyone at Matteson Homes! We consider them all dear friends and we always recommend them to friends building homes!!”

“I just did a remodel with UBuildIt and they did a great job. They never tell you no because technically it's in your hands. You make the final calls, but they advise you with experts in the field. Our consultants name was Alan and he provided us with great judgement calls that we abided by to stay within budget. We appreciated the UBuildIt system and personal control on the remodel.”

“I contacted legacy because I had a ceiling beam in my daughter's room that was sagging with a 6 inch gap. Mr Wilson was very prompt to deliver me a very reasonable estimate that was within our budget. He had the issue repaired within 24 hours. He was very concerned about the safety of my children playing with the sagging beam that could break at any moment. He found that the original home builder did not use proper installation methods. I will always use Legacy for my building needs. Great quality and truly cares about customers, especially children.”
