“We discovered Tray McCune after admiring two separate homes in our community. Fortunately, the owners of those homes were happy to tell us who the builder was, show us their homes and share their experience of the building process with him. We contracted Tray McCune to build our home in 2011 and were beyond pleased with the results. Tray was very professional, provided us with a very detailed contract, and answered any questions we had. He gave us an approximate start date, completion date and gave us an idea of what to expect throughout the process. They began the build as planned and completed our project ahead of schedule. Most important, Tray builds an excellent product. However, during the building process we found that he not only believes in building a quality product but was consistently a joy to work with, stayed within the committed budget range and provided excellent subcontractors. If we were to build in the future, we would use Tray McCune Homes without hesitation.”

“Jay Winkle built our house in 2015 and we cannot be happier in it! The floorplan is perfect for our lifestyle and the workmanship is top notch. Jay stood behind his work and honored every complaint we had in year 1 when something broke or didn’t measure up to new home standards. Every person that entered our home to make said repairs was courteous and respectful. Our house is different than other cookie cutter homes in our neighborhood and we have none of the complaints our neighbors have about the main builder here. Highly recommend them!”

“Jim Quigley Custom Homes is known for the quality he puts into his homes and we weren't disappointed. We really enjoy our new home. He knows all the latest techniques in home building and he goes to all the latest Home building Shows to keep informed. He adds to extras to keep your home well insulated and tight, like extra foam board on top of the the outside wrap that goes around your house. It's like an extra insulation blanket around the house. Also he uses foam insulation in the attic and walls that really seals the house, keeps out all the noise and air leaks, everything is sealed tight. He is known for having the best subcontractors in the home building business. There was always someone working on the house that kept the building process moving forward. From the framers to putting in the carpet and wood floors the subcontractors did a great job. The trim carpenters subs had a lot of great ideas and along with Jim helped us select and implement these ideas into reality. We are really comfortable and look forward to enjoying our new home for years to come.”

“I purchased a beautiful home both designed and built by Zach Punnett and it is well constructed with many outstanding features. Everything seems to have been well thought out aesthetically in addition to having excellent overall function and flow. There are many great features such as an over-sized multi-purpose room, covered patio, high quality windows, NEST thermostat. Everyone loves the main room with vaulted ceiling, beams, use of rock columns, large kitchen granite island work station that doubles as a table. The kitchen is fun and efficient with well built cabinets and exceptional appliances. I think Zach Punnett did an outstanding job on my home, used quality materials and tasteful color section. He is easy to work with, has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about construction. Everyone who has been to my home has been impressed with his work.”
