“I am incredibly happy with every detail of the service provided by Matt and his assistant of Hook Me Up Solutions. I had recently moved to an apartment where I thought I just needed to mount my 46" flatscreen, but he made sure to perfectly set up my entire home theater system, ran all the wiring under the carpeting for the back speakers, and kept everything neat and tidy along the way. While I am normally very picky and feel the need to oversee things, I was completely comfortable leaving everything to his discrimination. He was very professional, from the first time he called me back throughout the installation. I also appreciate that he contacted me immediately and was able to book me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Hook Me Up Solutions--my home theater system has never sounded better! 9 / 4 /13 ADDENDUM: I called Matt from Hook Me Up Solutions again because once I had DirecTV come out and install my satellite dish, the DirecTV agent left black wires hanging everywhere. Matt was willing to come out on Labor Day to install black wire that tucked underneath my carpet as well as a 3" molding piece that held the speaker and cable wires neatly against the wall. Once again, he kept everything clean as he worked, swept up the dust from the piece of molding he had to cut on my balcony (now, c'mon--how many guys actually bother to do this?!?), and everything looks better than ever. The white cable wire price seemed slightly high but I can't complain because the labor was part of it--and if you want a job done right the first time then it is worth the money. And for you ladies out there like myself, think about it like buying shoes: if you want something nice, classy, and isn't going to fall apart in two months then pay a little more for better quality.
