“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough! “Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“We did a whole-house remodel/addition, and we had One Touch wire our entire house for audio/TV's, etc. I highly recommend doing this when the walls/ceilings are exposed if that's an option. We knew what we wanted the end result to be, but didn't really know what was needed. Shawn was able to walk us through exactly what we needed. Additionally, we have other projects that we'd like to work on in time, so Shawn was able to walk us through what we need to do now to prepare for the additional projects later on (extra wiring, additional electrical outlets). The equipment we decided on was great as well. Services was top-notch and very professional. I've recommended One-Touch a few times already and everyone has been very happy with the results.”

“Vivid-Tek Hidden Home Theatre is a brilliant design solution to one of the great design problems facing homeowners: how do you create a world-class screening room set-up without having the wall space to do so? Mark Motyl has found the answer. Exhaustive research to source the best audio visual equipment, combined with high quality cabinetry, allows the owner to have their cake and eat it too: I bought a cabinet that is roughly 10 feet long to go against a wall packed with art in a NYC apartment. When I want to watch a movie or television, I open a hidden compartment in the top of the cabinet, push a button, and a huge screen unfurls right out of the cabinet. Voila— a home projection movie theatre experience. It has been an awesome way to avoid having the ubiquitous black TV that hangs in every home, and instead be able to hang art. The screen retracts and hides away again when you are done watching. The quality is projection-room performance — state of the art levels. The sound is it truly surround sound -also incredible too. I think Vivid-Tek is the best thing to happen to home entertainment and to home decor that I have seen. I would highly recommend this product as well as the top level customer service Vivid-Tek provides. 10 out of 10 score!”

“SoundWorks is great! Our installation went smoothly with super nice and efficient technicians. They answer all questions so the "not so tech savvy" can fully understand. All of their products are state of the art and current. Everybody who works for them is very nice and left our home in impeccable condition during and after all of the work jobs they have done for us. I highly recommend them.”

“Best hifi showroom around. Customer for life. Great selection, boutique setting, very personable service. It's a family owned business and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very fair... doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Very quick to respond to inquiries, usually within the hour. He was personally involved in my projects from start to finish, including installs. Can't find many places with service like this, and it's good to know it still exists.”
