I was quite surprised how fast and efficient Joe was. I haven't even had to think twice about any issues. “I have been a customer of Matt Walin and Brilliant AV for many years. They are always extremely service oriented, knowledgeable and caring. But tonight, they went way above and beyond. At about 8:00 this evening, i emailed them to let them know that we were having trouble with tow of our TV's. Two minutes after I pressed send, Matt called me to say that he was less than 5 minutes away and wanted to come over. He spent about 20 minutes at our house and was able to troubleshoot and get everything working perfectly. Not that this type of service and immediate is expected, but it is very much appreciated and very indicative of my long experience with this company. Thank you Brilliant AV!”
