“Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! “We moved to Minnesota about 5 ½ years ago, purchasing an older stone house with magnificent woodwork and exceptional detail. Jay and his crew took on a substantial remodel/upgrade project and executed flawlessly. These guys are professional, friendly, and highly skilled craftsmen. Yuki called Jay and he was at the house within an hour mitigating damage and beginning the cleanup and restoration process. On Super Bowl Sunday afternoon!!! “Kevin of Mainstream Cabinets did a total kitchen and entry (with laundry) remodels. Kevin was highly recommended by a coworker who gave him high marks for the project done in her home. After setting up an appointment, Kevin came to my house, asked questions regarding my wants and desires for this project, and listened to my answers. I interviewed two other companies, however, the design he drew up and showed me, fit with my goals and expectations. Kevin also became the general contractor, coordinating all of the workers, including plumbers, electricians, and demolition to keep the project timeline. Each day he kept us informed about progress or delays if there were any. At his shop, he showed me various cabinets, and styles with all amenities. One cabinet line was on sale but the other had more of what I wanted in cabinet such as: soft close doors and drawers, solid wood, tongue and groove drawers. I delayed but my budget dictated the lower cost. However, Kevin received word the others were going on sale in a couple of weeks and although it would delay the start date, the final project would be worth it. He, and the crews he hired, were knowledgeable, dependable and made the six weeks from beginning to end livable, cleaning up after themselves each day. Although the area is small, Kevin's ideas for placement and design made this space seem larger, beautiful and practical. He met and exceeded all my expectations. Kevin is easy to work with, knowledgable and very professional. He is not satisfied, unless you are satisfied. I really don't want to leave my kitchen!!!!”

“I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”
