“I had Obie come in for a weekend rush service and they were able to come by only a few hours later, and had the issue fixed relatively quickly. The fee was reasonable and they were more than happy to talk to me about heating systems, and even though we talked for at least 45 min, they didn't charge me for the info, and didn't even really try to sell me on the product; frankly, they told me that it probably wasn't worth it for me. I would absolutely use Obie again.”

“We had to call on an emergency basis and under very difficult conditions. We had just brought my Dad home with hospice, and were coping with the reality that we were in the final days. With my Dad only feet away the downstairs toilet began spewing water into the kitchen - and it wouldn't stop. Mr. McDougal arrived quickly and handled the situation - inevitably discovering that the problem was a pipe a distance from the house - and arranging for additional professional support to solve the problem. It took hours, it was late and we were already overwhelmed. He managed a difficult situation and solved our plumbing problem under difficult conditions and circumstances. We were very grateful.”
