“they diagnosed my furnace as needing a new blower and had to order the part. Adam was courteous, prompt and very good at explaining things. Once the furnace was working that way he found the induction motor assembly also needed replacing. He came back as promised and quickly installed that part. I have been toasty ever since.”

“Kliemann installed my Trane heat pump and the associated duct work on a new residential construction 3 years ago. The system has worked great. The real shout-out is for helping me resolve a problematic Noritz tankless water heater problem. It was installed when the house was built (by another plumbing contractor) but had recently become an issue as it was suffering from delayed ignition/backfiring, which caused a loud popping sound as too much natural gas was building up in the ignition chamber because the unit was taking 3-5 attempts before firing up. A Kliemann senior service tech made several trips to my house - conversing with the local Noritz distributor and customer/contractor tech support on possible causes & remedies. Kliemann's Service Manager got the problem resolved on my behalf, compelling Noritz to agree the unit was faulty and that they would cover a new unit (including installation charges) under a warranty claim. Kliemann are very professional and customer oriented!”

“We got 3 bids and Air Masters was competitive. We hired them based on their salesman and his follow up to all our questions quickly. Air Masters has a good reputation in our area and so even tho' they weren't the lowest bid we felt they would be the best for our job. They were professional, prompt, and we are very happy with the service we have received. We bought a Lennox Heat Pump and REALLY like it. We replaced an Electric Furnace and what a difference. Our home is much more comfortable and we have a VERY quiet Heat Pump. I would recommend Air Masters as well as Mike Nottingham, our Salesman. Val Nimmo Kingston, WA”
