“We recently completed a major renovation on the upper floor of our bungalow. The major part of the reno was to flip the two biggest spaces where our kitchen became our new living room and our living room became our new kitchen. This idea was partly inspired by Christine but completely supported. We had done virtually nothing to our home since purchasing it in 1995 so this was a very new process for us. She was reassuring through the entire process and we felt that her genuine effort to make a personal connection made a huge difference.
