“I hired Laura to help us design the interior of our new home. We went from a 2100sq ft house to a 4400 sq ft house and had a limited budget to fill all the new space. Laura got right to work and did a full inventory of everything we owned to see how she could maximize what we already had before adding to it. She mapped out a plan for our movers so they knew where to put all of our furniture in the new house. She hired a whole team to do all the work we needed done from painting to hanging TVs. We didn’t have to think about any of it. Best part is she supervised all the work as well. We would go to work and come home and it was just done. She hung gallery walls for us. Placed our family pictures around the house. She maximized our budget to ensure we got all the big pieces we needed and then got thrifty to fill in the extras. Her attention to detail is amazing. She was able to incorporate both my style and my husbands into one cohesive feel around the home. She really understands how a family uses a space and added elements we didn’t even know we needed. For instance there’s toy storage in almost every room of our house but you wouldn’t know it. Instead of looking at toys everywhere we have a designed space that’s beautiful but also functional for every member of our household. Lastly once our project was completed she gave us a phased plan on other projects we wanted to do but didn’t have the budget for at the time. So even though her work was done she left us with a plan on how to continue building our dream home. I found so much value in her work and her ability to get us the most for our money that I hired her for other projects I needed at work.”

“We recently purchased a 3-level 5,000 square foot penthouse in Las Vegas. This space started out with plain white walls and no details of note throughout. Selecting the right interior designer was crucial. Fortunately, we met and hired Jill Abelman of Inside Style. It was a complete project from top to bottom. We raised the floor level in the main living space to better enjoy the views of the strip, a 25’ long custom built-in bar area was designed and many unexpected touches gave it the luxurious “nightclub” feel we desired. The interiors are quite dramatic yet still warm and conducive to our large family gatherings. This project was done entirely long distance. Shortly after Jill’s design presentation, we left the country for an extended trip. All of the selections and decisions were handled quite efficiently thru email, UPS and a few phone calls. Jill was always very prompt in returning our correspondence and kept us in the loop on all progress. Our project was completed on budget and within our quick timeline (We began in September – completion due before Christmas.) She didn’t leave out one detail – down to the fully decorated Christmas tree in the living room and the mistletoe! “What a great time we had working with Jody! Not only does she have great taste, she is excellent at seeing a space for what it is and making use of what is already there. In doing what she does so well, she really transforms it so it does look totally new and fresh! I also loved how she was able to use things I already had, but in a way that made them fit in perfectly, vs just hiding on the shelf/closet like they used to. We were so happy with her in every way, all I could think was "When can we do this again?"”
