“My husband and I are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom by Palazzo Kitchens & Baths! New cabinets by 6 Square, granite counter tops, under counter LED lights, gorgeous glass tile for the back splash, tall baseboards, raising the ceiling and a vinyl floor that looks like hard wood by DuChateau in the kitchen. Felipe also suggested lowering a wall that opens up the kitchen and family room space. I wasn’t that sold on the idea but it makes a world of difference. New vanity, granite counter top and new faucet /shower hardware, mirror and wall sconces in the bathroom. Both the kitchen/family room and bathroom have new LED can lights and we love the look. The kitchen is a dream to use now and my husband now feels like he is in a hotel bathroom. I really appreciate Palazzo’s beautiful showroom. It is truly a one stop shopping experience for a remodel. They have many simulations for kitchens and bathroom. These are helpful for selecting products and also eliminating choices. Felipe Franca is a powerhouse – professional, knowledgeable and has outstanding design skills. Jennifer in the showroom is an absolute jewel and her knowledge and suggestions were valuable to me. Mark and Oddie in the showroom answered numerous questions during the remodel process. The work crews are hardworking and focused. Ronaldo and Checke – you are masters of your craft. Bryan, Gene, Luis, Santiago, Forstino, Aaron, Juan, Andrew – we thank you for your dedication to give us a beautiful remodel. Pricing at Palazzo is moderate and good value for the money. Customer service is a strong focus at Palazzo Kitchens and Bath. This is true throughout the organization. Making the customer happy is their goal. In our case, they scored big time. “CTW has a terrific selection, extremely knowledgeable staff, and is also willing to hold the tile in their warehouse until the contractors are ready to use the tile. This became increasingly important as we did not have a lot of room to store everything on site as the work was being done. Additionally, the contractor they recommended was excellent. He provided a competitive bid, was accurate on his time frame, was clean, and did fabulous work.”
