Not only is the Principal, Barry Hefetz a talented, hard working contractor, he is highly intelligent, motivated, honest and fair. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). “I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. They were extremely professional and payed attention to every little detail, giving me the kitchen I have always wanted. The team works together so well, and they were so patient with me as I was picking out the perfect materials and countertop. I highly recommend them!”

“I have used them three separate times - twice for kitchen renovations (at different apartments) and once for a living room and bedroom floor replacement. That was over the course of more than 10 years, so I am clearly very happy with their service. I'm planning to hire them again for a bathroom renovation within the next year. I find them very responsive and easy to work with. Keith, the owner, was very involved in my projects and goes out of his way to ensure that everything is up to his high standards. The subcontractors were professional and trustworthy. They showed up each day, although a few times they were late. In my view, if that is the worst experience in a renovation, you've done well. None of my projects ever exceeded budget due to any omissions on Knockout's part. and deadlines within Knockout's control were always met. I hope that helps.”

“I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

“I was very happy with the work Renovationyc did for me. The first project was a built in and some window shades. I was so impressed with their customer service and product that I hired them to do a gut renovation of my rental. Again they delivered on time and the apt rented in one week. They are always punctual and respectful. The neighbors at my rental tell me I have the nicest contractors. They work with you to give you what you ask for and to keep to schedule. I highly recommend them. Their custom built ins and window treatments are high end.”
