“We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “We were introduced to Katie at Kitchen Studio: Kansas City by our interior designer and we feel that Katie really knocked it out of the park. She came up with the floor plans for both our basement bar and master bathroom (yes, we were insane enough to tackle two major renovations at the same time). She delivered a sleek modern design with quality cabinets in high-gloss finish. In addition, she incorporated some unique touches that have gotten a ton of compliments from house guests. She always responded in a timely manner to our questions and kept us informed of expected delivery/install dates. When the time comes to renovate the kitchen, we'll definitely be giving Katie a call.”

We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “Diamond Design and Build company is a trustworthy company. They were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in details their work every step of the way. They offered competitive pricing and they incorporated our input into the design. As a bonus, they cleaned up at the end of each day so we could still manage to get around the unfinished work. Safety was a priority during the process dealing with the Corona Virus. They followed the CDC guidelines. I recommend this company as their work was of good quality and they had positive attitudes throughout the entire process and project. I will definitely utilize them again for future projects!”

“We decided to add 200 sq ft to our kitchen and completely gut the kitchen. We hired MSC Enterprises, Inc, whom came highly recommended by Armstrong kitchens who did our design. We could not have made a better choice. We worked with Austin Cornell and he was amazing. We have never had a contractor who had such attention to detail. All his subs were top notch. They were all respectful of us and our home during our 4 month project. Any concerns that we had we had were always handled immediately by Austin. We cannot say enough good things about Austin and his crews and would recommend them highly them to anyone”

“Mike Engeman, owner of Dream Rooms, has been our "go to" remodel contractor for a long series of upgrades to our home over the past five years.. He has done a tremendous and skillful job in major upgrades including new master bath, totally remodeled kitchen, basement finishing, upgrades to powder room & laundry room, and building a spectacular built-in media center and dispaly/book case in our living room. Every project has been completed in a highly professional manner - creative high quality workmanship, on-budget starting with a beautifully detailed cost estimate and scope of work, and completed in a timely manner. Mike is a first-class contractor who we keep going back to for reliability, quality, and competitive price. Almost as important, Mike knows how to work very smoothly and honetly with his clients, and is just a pleasant, friendly, and cooperative guy to have in your home over what can be weeks of construction. Believe me this is important!! Mike mostly works alone and seemingly can do just about anything, although he does sometimes sub out small parts of a job. As a professional engineer, I have worked with construction contractors for 25 years, and I do not hesitate to give Mike and Dream Rooms the very highest rating possible.”

“Damon Fowler is a stand out in his craft of carpentry. He has remodeled 3 rooms in my home, the kitchen, bathroom and Sun Room. That overhauling included gutted 1945 vintage bathroom and modernized with bead board, new shower tub surround, toilet, vanity,/mirrored cabinet, new flooring, added crown molding, ceiling paint, repairs to walls, and paint. The Kitchen was refinishing cabinets, new hardware, paint (including ceiling), new flooring. The Sun Room...aka Breezeway, new flooring, repairs to walls, paint (including ceiling). I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. Top notch!!”
