“We had them build shelves in our bonus room, which has a slanted ceiling. They turned out great! We are very happy with their work, and found them very pleasant to work with. They didn't make a mess, and we felt like we could trust them in our house. The only problem we had at all was a that their painter wasn't able to finish painting our wainscoting in a timely manner, so we had to do it ourselves.”

“Michael and his team did a FANTASTIC job on our kitchen remodel! In the spring of 2023, we discovered that our dishwasher hand been leaking for an unknown period of time. The subfloor around the dishwasher was rotted and our homeowner's insurance would not cover the damage. We decided to remodel the kitchen instead of just replacing the dishwasher. We were pricing appliances and picking out cabinets on a Saturday and Michale knocked on our door to let us know he was in the area offering his construction services. It was a great coincidence as we were about to start looking for a contractor. We took 3 bids and decided to go with Silver Basin as it was the best price and we had a gut feeling that Michael was the right guy. He kept his word on the schedule and hit the dates that we agreed upon. He was transparent with his pricing for labor and materials. He also responded well to any issues that came up and took care of them when the onus was on him. There were some unforeseen repairs needed as the subflooring issue went beyond what we agreed upon in the estimate. He was fair in the change order process and this new work did not slow out schedule down. I would not hesitate in calling upon Silver Basin for our future projects and would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.”
