“Mountainwood Homes performed magic on our 1986 galley kitchen. On Joel's first visit, he saw what the other contractors missed: what we thought was a bearing wall was only holding up the balcony. Reducing the size of this underused space allowed expansion of the kitchen below and removal of an unnecessary hallway. The dated drop ceiling and recessed light panel were replaced with a vaulted ceiling and hanging track lighting. Even though the original attic space above the range had access to the roof, the hood was not vented. The old electric range had a downdraft that never worked well and a small oven. The new kitchen sports an island gas cooktop, overhead vent with a chimney extending up through the vaulted ceiling, and a 30" wall convection oven. Heather provided great design with granite, backsplash, paint, and fixtures. Cabinetry by Cutting Edge was a perfect fit. We also extended the hardwood flooring into the dining room. The Mountainwood team was flexible as changes were needed, finished the project on time and produced great results.”

“I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Woodland Construction Group in Portland, Oregon. I am so thrilled with the results! They were able to take my outdated kitchen and transform it into a beautiful, functional space that has completely reimagined my living experience. “I can’t speak highly enough of Ziebart Construction and its owner, Matt Ziebart. He has excellent craftmanship, is very professional, and fair priced! He not only built a beautiful front deck for us, but he improved upon our vision for a deck and built a deck that does an even better job of utilizing the space than we imagined. Also, after doing the demo, when coming across a worse underneath structure of the deck than it had originally appeared, he not only decided to replace the entire underneath structure, but rebuilt it more solidly than before. Additionally, while here, he took care of a gutter problem and, once the job was finished, made sure to take the time to show me how do to maintenance on the desk in order to sustain it. He clearly cares about his craft and his attention to detail was impeccable. Combine that with a friendly disposition and his honesty are reasons I highly recommend Matt Ziebart and his company for your deck!! For further examples of the excellent work, see the before and after photos I’ve included.”

“My wife and I are an older couple needing an easy walk-in shower.After going to home shows and big box stores. We requested Toss the Tub to make a design and an estimate. We also received competitive bids from other companies. We explained our tight budget and requirements. They came to our house and discussed all the aspects of what would need to be done. They provided all the details, materials, and time frames of when things would be done. They also offered to allow us to do some of the finishing items to keep costs down. I explained that I might have to do a portion of the project a piece at a time. They offered financing at real reasonable terms. They also offered to do parts now and later as we could afford it. They are going to replace our tub with a tiled shower, floor and back splash. The final design changed as couple of times but they worked with us each time. The final cost was less than $8000 much less than I expected. I will send pictures when the job is done in August or you can come by and take them we they are working.”

“DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen remodeled our kitchen for us. We had builder grade cabinets and tile counter tops. We had the standard kitchen desk that always served as a place to dump stuff to be forgotten. Moving around our kitchen was tight with the long island in the middle. Through DMBK we were able to get affordable cabinets that looked amazing, granite counters and under mount sink, new back splash and they resized the island to give us more room to move around. Joe suggested replacing the little kitchen desk with a storage cabinet that went from floor to ceiling and had pull out drawers....what a great idea!! That DOUBLED our storage in the kitchen. They put in new LED can lights to replace the standard ugly can lights from the builder and saved us money on electricity bills. They even bought enough wood flooring to patch the area that used to be covered by the island and installed it. We are totally impressed with the professionalism, the promptness, the communication and the craftsmanship we experienced with DMBK. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe and crew!!”

“It 's not very easy for my husband to spend money, but our deck was becoming a hazard. We had a hole our dog could fall through and a broken rotting hot tub that needed to be scrapped . A major issue was the deck being thirty feet in the air so it was clear we couldn't do this ourselves. Brian Kashas inspired confidence and a vision of a beautiful deck we could actually use. Everyday there was an amazing transformation, the work was being done at an incredible rate. Everything went according to a plan that was very clearly spelled out to us before any work occurred. If there were problems, we didn't know about it until there was a plan to fix it or it had already been fixed. The bid was what we actually paid for the project, there was nothing that wasn't unforeseen by the company. workers were respectful, clean, and prompt. They made the work place safe for both my children and my dogs. Today we have an amazing deck that is a place where we can hold dinner parties, hang out and read, and this summer will have installed a new hot tub in a better covered location. Our next project is the kitchen, and we will be confidently trusting MillerKashas to do the job.”

John is amazing to work with: honest, reliable, creative and does high quality work with great care and detail. We were on schedule, on budget, and he streamlined the project and managed it with great pride and and precision. I felt John treated our home as it was his own, with minimal disruption and consideration. I was so impressed with John's work that he has just completed one bathroom remodel and will be undertaking the master bed/bathroom soon. I would highly recommend John and his company. Not only is his work excellent, but he is a quality guy who is genuine, likable and a pleasure to work with.”
