There were no hidden cost - once the price was agreed upon. Kevin was always available to listen and address any concerns. He took care of all of the details and permits. “After interviewing several contractors, we are so glad we hired Steve and his crew to completely rebuild and expand our 1950s kitchen in our 1920s fixer-upper. Steve was incredibly detail oriented, yet flexible and patient in working with and advising us as we designed most of the kitchen and small addition project ourselves. He did everything possible to be respectful of our budget, even as we ran into a few (to be expected in an older home) small surprises. His advice was invaluable, and responsiveness immediate. Moreover, he agreed to work with our plumber with whom we are friends and already felt very comfortable with working on our home. His other subcontractors, including work on tile, plastering, and electrical, were all as pleasant and reliable as Steve himself. Steve was omnipresent; always making sure the job got done right no matter what stage it was in. Steve always made sure to make any touch ups needed after the subcontractors finished their work. Steve and his crew were not only nice to have around, but created a safe and even fun atmosphere while we lived through this major renovation and necessary disruption in our home. With their diligent work, we went from a cramped, awkward, and outdated kitchen, to one we love and doubles as both functional and sorely needed social space that our modest home previously lacked. Steveworks turned our ideas into such a great kitchen that we promptly hired them to completely renovate our dated bathroom. Steve worked with us, our sometimes quirky house, and a very tight budget to give us a dramatically improved space. We highly recommend Steveworks to anyone who is considering hiring a contractor. “Oxland Builders have done a few projects for us. The biggest one was adding a ceiling into an open 2 story living space. I do not have one complaint!! Every contractor that came into our home was prompt, respectful, polite and even great with the children running around. And they were neat. But most important is that they did an excellent job. I repeat, I have not one single complaint...they even finished on time! What?? Yes, it's true. Highly recommended.”

“Over a period covering 2013 - 2014 Godfrey Remodeled our Master Bedroom, the Master Bathroom, third floor Bathroom and installed a Murphy Bed in the Living Room. All jobs were completed totally to our satisfaction, on time, and within budget. Pat Godfrey worked hard to meet our desired design, working with us to choose best materials. If they had not relocated our of our area, we would still be calling on Godfrey Remodeling for additional projects.”
