“We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“Curb Appeals remodeled our newly purchased home throughout and even added approx. 1000 sq. ft. to an upstairs attic space (adding a bedroom, bath, office and family room). The owner was very hands on and has an outstanding eye for color and materials. His vision for what could be done to our spaces was innovative and suited our taste perfectly. They basically gave us a new home within the existing walls of a home built in 1988. They replaced windows, doors, floors, fixtures, cabinets and hardware throughout. We added an HVAC unit, new water heaters, moved a gas line, added a dormer, insulation, attic space and lighting throughout the house. They were thoughtful and respectful while in our home for several months because of the scope of the project. I would recommend them highly.”

“The Residence Doctor did a phenomenal job with our remodel. The professional team was a constant presence at our home overseeing the job (master bath, fire place, fixtures, repairs, flooring, etc.) and making sure they were exceeding our expectations. They finished on time and provided additional value with their complimentary maid services and clean up crew. We are already planning to hire them again for future projects.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. “CM Designs helped transform several rooms in our home. They were able to provide a wide variety of material selection but yet not an overwhelming selection of: fabrics, paint samples, rock and flooring. They also guided us after the projects in regards to buying art and finishing touches that helped tie the entire look together. They were very helpful in the conception stage in providing useful feedback and design/layouts of the rooms. Very professional. We would absolutely work with them again and I highly recommend.”
