“We first dealt with FGM when he quoted and did a difficult kitchen tile floor replacement, with excellent results (particularly in and under our maple cabinets). This was work we had investigated several contractors for.
He was thorough, thoughtful, prompt (which is rare) and paid great attention to detail.
Subsequently, he redesigned and renovated a full bathroom suite, completely custom. Again the work was well thought out, he was flexible to changes we wanted as the work progressed, and stayed on time and budget throughout.
Finally, he redesigned and renovated our master bathroom, which was a large project. His care and attention to detail and our wishes helped make this a big success.
Since then, FGM is now doing a full top to bottom renovation of our new house, with similar excellent results. Qualtiy, customer care, attention to time and budget! What more can we ask for!
We have just sold this home for a record price in our neighborhood, and agents and prospective buyers were wowed in particular with these three rooms.

“We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”
