“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project. The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“Christy designed the kitchen, bathroom and closet for my remodel, as well as much much more. Working on the layout, functionality and esthetics. She is intuative, creative and extremely talented. She listened and understood what I wanted and then improved upon that vision dramatically creating a flawless and beautiful result. Working with her was a wonderful experience and I would hire her again with out a second thought. She won a few CotY awards with this project and it was well deserved!”

“Spaces Designed took the lead on a bathroom project for us. This was a small non descript second bath. Their design ideas turned it into a bath that I am proud to have people see and use. Beautiful combinations of tiles, mirror, color and fixtures. Hard to believe it's the same bath. Komal has a real talent for color and textures.”
UB Kitchens - Kitchen Design and Cabinets

“We approached UBK to design cabinets for our whole house remodel: kitchen, dining, wet bar, bathrooms and laundry. From start to finish they did an EXCELLENT job at a price that was hard to believe. After initial discussions, selections and measurements, their designer used a 3D CAD tool to visually map each cabinet into the limited space we had in each room. Once we agreed on a final designs for each room they presented a bid that came in 30% less than we had expected. We chose the MidContinent line, all-wood custom cabinets manufactured in Kansas. Cabinets were ordered and delivered within 4 weeks. The installation crew spent about a week putting in all the cabinets which included several pieces that were custom-built on site. Afterwards they spent an additional 2-3 weeks on small touch-up jobs and replacement of several pieces that did not meet Adam's high quality standards. In the end we couldn't believe how good everything looked! Of all the contractors we had working on this remodel, UBK absolutely provided the best service and value. Every crew member, from sales to delivery and installation, were extremely professional and friendly. Unlike most contractors who will come in, do a job and leave, Adam's crews are committed to one thing: customer satisfaction. We will gladly recommend UBK to anyone considering cabinets!”

“I worked with Mary of Visions Kitchen & Bath a few years ago on a remodel and update to my master bathroom. Mary brought some great ideas to the table and was a great deal of help in determining what I liked/wanted and staying within a budget. I still love what we did with my space.”

“I kind of have a crush on these people. I worked with Morgan, Jill and the owner, Tom Wilkinson. They were all fabulous and easy to work with and they had a LOT of patience. You will also need a LOT of patience. These kitchen parts, when finally ready to be ordered, will have to come from Germany and that can take a lot of time. So scheduling is of the utmost importance, especially if you don't have a cabana with a fully equipped kitchen, like we do. (We remodeled the cabana kitchen, first, and had it completely in working order before the demolition of the main kitchen.) Before we could order the kitchen the company worked with us through many changes in materials, colors, lay-out, etc., etc. We had to do some additional changes so that we could stay somewhat closer to the original budget. (These things always go over budget, don't they?) In spite of the budget restrictions, I still have a very modern looking, large kitchen with equipment garages with roll-up glass doors, soft-close, pull-out drawers, some with very handy inserts for spices, china, bottles, pans, lids, 2 vertical "pharmacy" pantry slide-out cabinets, Miele appliances, and a fully equipped bar! Of course, all the built-in lights are LED. There were one or two hick-ups, but Tom personally took care of them. My kitchen is light, bright and stunning and absolutely a pleasure to work in. I am very happy with my kitchen and would absolutely recommend this company. My designer, who helped with the decision process, wrote about our kitchen on her blog: Google "spacesdesigned.wordpress.com/kitchen from tomorrowland". More about that designer in another revies.”

“We were very satisfied with Urban Kitchens. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. Since we didn't have a detailed vision of what we wanted, the process started with a visit to our home in which Phil interviewed us us about our needs and took measurements of our home. During the second visit, he proposed four alternative concepts for our project. During this meeting, we settled on a design that was a blend of two of the concepts. Phil then proceeded to finalized the design with detailed construction and electrical drawings. Although this fulfilled the scope of work that we had agreed on, we continued to conult with him throughout the project. He recommended a contractor, went shopping with my wife to select tile, gave advice on flooring choices, etc. We were very happy with the outcome of our remodel. Phil is very professional, communicates well, and is easy to work with. We would highly recommend him to others in our situation.”

“It is my pleasure to highly recommend Michele DeCorby of Swanx Fine Cabinetry and Interiors as a designer and businesswoman of talent, professionalism and experience. She is creative, a good listener, very likeable and clever. I have had the opportunity to work with Michele professionally on several design projects and find her attention to detail and very personal service as excellent as her design and communication skills. I have known and worked with Michele since 2009. In addition to her design skills, she has been an excellent officer for the Texas Hill Country NKBA, holding important leadership positions as President, VP for Strategic Planning and VP of Technology and Communications. Michele is an asset to the design community in the Austin and San Antonio areas. Anne Thevenot, CKD Custom Wood Countertops & Custom Tables DeVos Custom Woodworking President, Hill Country NKBA”

“I bought a loft, and all I knew was that the kitchen definitely needed some love. I had no idea what I wanted just that I wanted a better kitchen. Cristina expanded my kitchen, and also installed task lights that I didn’t even know I needed while cooking. If you really have no idea what you’re doing or what you want but know you need an upgrade, I highly recommend Cristina. She was wonderful to work with.”

“Shannon did an excellent job helping me select products for the remodel of our hall bathroom. We had a 1950s pink tile bathroom and now it is a beautifully clean and modern bathroom. Shannon was knowledgeable about the different products such as tile for the floor and shower. She picked a fun colorful pattern as an accent to the black and white theme. The project took about 3 weeks from start to finish. It took a little longer because of the demolition that had to be done to the floor tile from 1950. I highly recommend Shannon and her team of installers.”
