Mark, the installer was easy to work with and was open to some changes as the project was underway. Cindy did the design and it was fantastic. “As a complete neophyte to the world of home renovation, I was faced with so many choices and decisions and had no clue where to start in transforming a gutted 1970s kitchen to something new and contemporary. It was great to work with Barb and gain the assurance she provides during such a huge undertaking and expense. With her help I made choices I could live with and within my budget. Whether helping me select paint colors, meeting me at the tile store overwhelming in options, or showing where to economize and to splurge, Barb was with me step by step so that ultimately everything worked together in the end. Now, I have a kitchen that, even three years later, is still a joy to walk into, to cook in, eat in and relax in. She went beyond the norm to take time with me and help me understand what was happinging and to reflect my realities and preferences in the process. Building on her sense of optimum cabinetry arrangements and how to maximize limited space, she also brought a sense of style, design and color that helped in a big way to realize a kitchen beyond functional and modern to exciting and beautiful. “Countrywide Kitchens provided design and installation services for our kitchen renovation. They were very helpful in the initial phase of the planning, and their creative solutions gave me the look I wanted with the right products. Stephen Laing and Todd Pearson were wonderful to deal with, and were focused on addressing every concern or question my husband and I had, throughout the process. The installation went very smoothly, and the skill of the technicians was evident. Their after-service was equally professional. The staff were all terrific to deal with and showed up on time, and at our convenience. I feel that I asked a lot of Stephen Laing in particular, and he was always a pleasure to deal with.”
