In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge. Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths.
