“Our experience with Jim Walker was "five star". First, he listens really well. Second, he educates his potential client(s) without being pushy. He knows his products - positives and limitations - and describes them without bias. Jim comes across as an advisor, not a high pressure salesperson. He provides a clear plan and estimates of costs. Once we decided to accept his proposal, he personally came on site to measure and then deliver a detailed set of plans. In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge. Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths. From beginning to end, Jim uses a partnering approach - and applies an ethical standard to his work.”

“We recently remodeled our 1990s master bathroom to a modern Bali-Style retreat. Our design is unusual and we became frustrated after visiting two large local tile stores that just couldn’t embrace our concept. We were referred to Ashley and she was incredible. Instantly she grasped our ideas and pulled together tile selections in a matter of minutes that worked perfectly. Her next question was “What color paint are you going to use?” and she pulled out paint selections to make a fabulous recommendation even though she didn’t even sell paint. Throughout our project she was the calm in the storm as the typical remodeling issues arose and she provided suggested solutions at every turn. “We used Tracy to remodel the kitchen on a house we purchased. The old house and kitchen was a disaster. I'm still shocked when I see it and still can't believe how awesome it looks now. In addition, we had a lot of ideas that Tracy talked us out of or in to. She was right at every turn. And, while the design was absolutely first class, it was shocking how much money she saved us and what a good steward of our money she was. Almost anyone can make a great looking kitchen with unlimited funds. Tracy is a thinker who can get great results even when the budget isn't all it should be!”

“Meghan was both the designer and the 'overseer' for my kitchen renovation, and she did a wonderful job. She is an excellent designer, finding the balance between good design and what i wanted (I am a bad designer but a frequent cook, and I had opinions....). Once the design was done, she kept me posted while we waited for cabinets. A separate contractor was used and she seamlessly coordinated with him. As always, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Meghan is committed to excellence and makes sure the job is done and done right.”

“We visited Jennings to get an idea of what was available to renovate our laundry room. Meghan Lewellyn (project designer) took the time to learn about the room we wanted to remodel and our wish list even though we didn’t have an appointment. She reviewed the available offerings and options within each manufacturer’s line. Within one day she had initial drawings back to us and had set up an appointment to review the designs and choose cabinet/accessory options. She was extremely creative in combining cabinetry options to maximize functionality of the laundry room with some special twists we would never have thought of doing. With the design finalized, she visited our home with the installer (Scott) to make sure the design would translate into reality. She kept us informed on the delivery and installation timing. Meghan was pleasant and professional to work with and we plan on working with her on our next project and would highly recommend her to others for a remodeling project. Installers (Scott, Hans and Ian) were amazing and worked out details well beyond our expectations. I’m not sure you can beat the combination Jennings has to offer - a worry free remodel. We are extremely happy with the final product, coverting a non-functional washer/dryer layout into a functioning laundry room.”

“We hired Kinley Cabinets to create and install the kitchen, laundry and bath cabinets and great room built-ins for our new home. In addition, they helped design our mudroom layout and lake bath storage area. Their design, work quality and results are just outstanding. Everyone we dealt with during this was professional, competent, and helpful. Don listened to what we wanted and suggested options we had not considered, including ways to economize without reducing overall quality, usability or visual impact. Benny helped us choose drawer pulls and hardware that were high quality at a reasonable price. Rick was so helpful with the hardware installation; he discussed options for placement of pulls and knobs then recommended the location that would work and look best in our application. It gave us great confidence that it would all come together, and it did! We highly recommend Kinley Cabinets for custom work. Outstanding workmanship and quality!”
