“Prior to contracting Will Construction, my wife and I were working with another architect/builder in the area. We experienced continuous delays and lack of response on their part. Luckily we also contacted Kurt Will during our one of our trips to Bayfield, CO. Kurt kept in contact with us on a regular basis and offered suggestions regarding resolving our problems with the other company. We're glad he did. It saved us a good amount of money. We asked Kurt for a listing of references for his previous jobs, as we were starting to entertain contracting a new builder. Once we went through his reference list, the matter was settled. All of the references had glowing comments about his work. Even the materials suppliers have indicated a healthy respect for his company. He knows our budget and has made recommendations to meet it. In June 2013, we broke ground for our retirement home. Kurt provides us with regular updates and photographs of the project construction. So far, Will Construction gets 5 Stars from us.”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”
