“We hired CMT to renovate our back garden which was in dire need of an upgrade. It's on a sloped block with limited access, multiple levels and many design components. As a duplex block with a shared garden, there were also two stakeholders to consider and keep happy. I had a rough plan and needed someone who was going to help me problem solve within a limited budget.
