“Icos Gardening & Landscape Work Provided: Front yard renovation which comprised of sod removal, front porch courtyard with seating wall blocks, driveway extension, concrete step pathway, decorative concrete curbing, water efficient irrigation, drainage, and flower bed planting. PROS: Reasonable cost. Very flexible in accommodating slight to moderate changes throughout the project. Project doesn't feel rushed. They take time to make sure quality of workmanship. They maintained a clean working environment and always perform clean up at the end of the working day.”

“Jay and his crew @ Dream Home Landscaping were amazing. Jay not only Designed our project but he was also on site working everyday. As a long time home owner my husband and I have remolded many homes and to have a contractor of this caliber work on site everyday is above and beyond. When we met Jay we presented him with a list of amenities that we wanted and within minutes ideas started flowing out of him. He helped us with our spa and our therapy pool deliveries that weren't even in his scope of work. We now have a magazine quality backyard. I would and will recommend Dream Home Landscaping to all my friends. Oh I would also like to note that I made multiple changes and ad-ons and Jay was very reasonable and did not hike up the prices on the change orders. You guys rock :) Kallie & Johnny”

In the 5 months that this crews maintained our properties on the Centennial Corridor Project, he always had everything taken care of and my properties were always maintained at 100%. “This a family run business, WE hired them in 2016 to replace our failing retaining wall, this year they demolished and replaced our deck. They work hard and try to understand the vision of the client. They managed to squeeze us in, even though they were really busy, so that we could have the deck painted when the house was painted. They charge a fair price, and do excellent work. We will hire them again and recommend them again and again.”

“When we moved to the Central Coast we had a plan to build a large deck on our mobile home. Before we could do that we needed to grade the rear of the lot. Steve Bosch was able to do the job perfectly and it was a great ground-breaking for the construction part of the project done by IMC Building. Our park had special requirements for operating heavy machinery in the property and Steve had to put tarps and plastic down on the walkways he drove the tractor on to protect the concrete from tire marks. About a year after that I brought Steve back to install a "large" (actually small) Canary Island Date Palm, total weight about 2000 pounds, as well as relocating several other mature specimen plants (a Sago Palm and an Australian Fern). He did an excellent job and all trees are growing great!”
