DPG Pavers and Design
Landscapers & Landscaping Companies in Escalon
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 15, 2016
“The best thing about working with DPG Design is that they make the process fun and enjoyable. I needed an entire re-design of my front yard, driveway and entry, which is a big project. The team at DPG Design is so friendly and helpful that the process of creating the perfect design was a breeze, and the result was more than I expected. My package included 3D designs showing the project during the day, at dusk and at night so I could see what the landscape lighting would look like. I’m very very happy with my design!”

“Hi, I found BGL on Angie's list last year. My Boss at that time and recommended them as she had them convert her front yard to a drought tolerant masterpiece--so nicely done! I met Ron George and his partner and they came out and measured my space and asked about my idea/vision. These two were not only professional but very personable and easy to talk with. They designed my front yard not only in to a usable outdoor space but to a BEAUTIFUL drought tolerant environment with custom seating and fire pit-even created an area for outdoor movies. The plants and trees they chose are perfect-I can't wait for the transformation!!!!”
Yardworks Landscape
Landscapers & Landscaping Companies in Escalon
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsDecember 15, 2015
“Yardworks completed a beautiful total renovation of our very large (corner lot) front yard. They removed the dead grass and other landscaping, installed drip irrigation, laid a series of connected walking paths with decomposed granite and slate stones, planted drought tolerant grasses, flowers, and trees, and installed low watt lighting. The yard looks amazing and will be extremely low maintenance and use very little water. We get compliments on it regularly! Yardworks had great ideas, incorporated every request I made, and used high quality materials. They are also very responsive by phone, text, and email.”

“Rudy is great! He helped us completely redo our backyard. Clearing all the old plants and dirt, bringing us soil mix for raised beds. He fixed all of our irrigation lines. Very reasonable cost. Great communication. Looking forward to working with him again.”
Brio Landscaping

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsNovember 16, 2016
“Brio Landscaping is phenomenal. Scott has a great eye, he looks at what is existing, asks questions and build on a vision. We had him design our yard, we love what he did. I love that he heard what my favorite plants we in casual conversation, then added them into the design, along with everything else that he chose. His crew is amazing, polite, hard working and real gentlemen. I never heard a foul word, they were quiet and kind to my dogs. I will be using Brio Landscaping for every landscape need we have in the future.”
Generations Landscapz

“This is from the owner Dan macedo of Generations Landscapz As contractors we are held to the highest standards and our clients are allowed to post on sites we do not use to write good or bad usually only bad. I believe the consumer has rights no doubt but not to trash people without proper due diligence. The state of California does not protect contractors that get bad customers who don't pay their bills and these sites don't reflect the situation of both sides. When a conflict happens the contractor who has a bond and insurance is not protected. The bond wants you to resolve it and does nothing financially to absolve the sitiluation. Therfore if you as a contractor don't get paid and walk off you are dropped by your bond insurance covers nothing and listed as revoked. Customer complains to state board without your side or input so basocally your guilty til proven innocent. I'd say to those reading these sites and houzz is a good site I just happen to have all my reviews on homeadvisor/angie now were I'm ranked as a 4.7 with over 50 reviews. So when a review says we are horrible do you really think after being in business over 30 years plus and over 44 ---5.0 reviews with paragraphs of great comments about myself and my staff of 20 plus years it's us or possibly and most likely the customer who is wrong here? Last but not least 37 years in the industry counts for something along with pride,Integrity and goalsl to do the job correctly but not for free. We follow the contract but it sure seems the people wanting landscaping today want more on the contract than agreed upon for my time and my dime with no compensation even when they say they will take care of it verbally or written down. We still have to go to court. Final thought where do we as Con tractors get to complain on sites to warn other contractors that these people are bad news??? 2 sides to every story. Read my reviews on homeadvisor/ Angie last 12 years to make your own decisions please Thank you!! Dan Macedo/ owner of Generations Landscapz Also on my Facebook business page with Generations Landscapz you can see all photos from this job and many many more. It only let's me post 6 so I didn't get to post ones from the end but you can see for yourself if you choose to look other site.I walked out with 2 days left to complete job after dealing with the wife 4 months she left to India leaving me with husband or brother? Who never was around always trying not to pay weekly payments even though we were there everyday in the worst winter in Pleasanton history. He said he didnt see progress. Hard to see progress when building a big bbq with cynder blocks full of rebar, conduit pulling wire facing with ledgerstone setting concrete board on counter tops, cutting out sink. Just insulting really and I'm out over 25k in extras that I'll prove in court!”
