“Great work. Very satisfied. I would recommend without hesitation. This is our second job with The Hardscape Factory and Karla and Pedro have been great to work with. She was very timely with her email and text message responses and in scheduling a site recon and providing a detailed estimate. When Pedro and Angel came to work, they worked hard and constantly and were always respectful of our property. They performed quality work and were always responsive to any in-stride requests as the work progressed. Our first experience was in 2020 when we had to replace seven 48x18x6 concrete steps in a retaining wall that descended to a lower yard. They replaced the concrete pavers with limestone blocks and improved the appearance AND the safety of these steps by making the treads wider and the fall shallower - GREAT work. This most recent 2021 landscaping job included the removal of 32 shrubs overall (front and back). In back, we refreshed the mulch beds and repaired the deteriorated trailing edges of the large/long retaining wall. In front, we replaced the mulch beds with river rock and removed some shrubs and changed the lines of the new rock beds AND, they re-planted four shrubs from our back yard to the front as the correct shrubs to complete the front were not available - way to go above and beyond. The front landscaping is now much more attractive and WAY lower maintenance. I plan to contact them in the coming year to schedule at least one shrub-trimming and mulch-refreshing visit.”

“We had a side yard that was in full shade in the ground was deteriorating. David and Garrett regraded the area, installed proper drainage and mulched over the whole area. They also regraded a section of our backyard that used to be a garden and put down sod. Then they edged out around our deck and planted boxwoods. They were very respectful, worked hard and were very helpful in saving us money. They also planted a very large shrub that we purchased but could not lift. I will hire them again for our next project.”

They met with us prior to starting and the project went quickly and smoothly. A couple of changes were made during the process and they were nice enough to accommodate us. “Real Outdoor Contractors is a company I would highly recommend to friends and family. I hired Dave and his employees to install a paver patio, retaining wall, fire pit, landscaping, and to plant 14 evergreen trees. Dave went beyond just an installation. He made sure all of the proper drainage was in place; he remedied my drainage issues as part of the landscaping. I did not know quite what I wanted in regards to landscaping my backyard, but Dave made excellent recommendations, and I am extremely happy with the results. Every guest that visits my home loves my backyard landscaping and patio/fire pit! Besides doing a wonderful job, Real Outdoor Contractors have been one of the best contractors I have hired. They were extremely courteous, clean, respectful, and professional. Dave and his employees were very understanding of my requests. Dave took his time to find the perfect trees for my property. Finding 14 nice evergreen trees was challenging, but Dave persevered. I receive so many comments about how beautiful my evergreen trees look in my yard. Dave is finishing up my project this spring with sealing and finishing the little touches that weather would not permit for my patio/landscaping project (it was started in November).
