“We used Craig's firm to do a complete landscape of our front and backyard in 2016 and 2017. Craig is easy to work with: he doesn't rush decisions; he works with you to create designs; and he hires high quality and hardworking team leaders and workers. When our friends and family walk into our large backyard, for the first time, complete with a gazebo with pink roses running around it, they gasp with delight. In addition, we found his prices to be competitive and fair.”

“Southbay Design & Landscaping redid our backyard over 4 years ago, and have been maintaining it ever since. They are very responsive to any requests we have and are thorough in the maintenance of our yard. I appreciate that they will plant new plants for us if we pick them up and have given advice on what kind of plants work around our yard. They even help out by fixing our sprinklers without us asking (we actually hadn’t realized it was broken but were suspicious of why the grass wasn’t growing well in one spot). We appreciate their professionalism and good work.”

“Nato Vargas and his team did extensive drainage work for us in 2014. This involved taking down the soil level 4 inches in the back garden, digging and installing several french drains and a sump pump. Since then we've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. The drainage works perfectly! Nato and team have come back twice, in 2017 and 2020, to repair and stain our back garden fence, resurface the gold fine decomposed granite paths, install a new mail box, replace a garden gate and build a wood shelter for our recology bins. Nato and his team do beautiful work!”

“Great experience with the overall process. Proprietor Carlos is accessible, articulate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, ( not to mention likable) with an equally competent and efficient team. We commissioned them to replaced our sizable weed infested and uneven front lawn, included new auto sprinklers, pest proofing and some new landscaping with auto-drip system and accent lighting; This was well managed and executed project from beginning to end with great suggestions on grass and plants, timely start and completion times. There were a few over-sites and room for improvements, but not enough to detract rating here. Very pleased with the results and will use again: 5 stars. -fabrizio”

“We used Willies' in 2013 to get our For Sale house in shape. Loved his work ethic some much we hired him to do a major project in the front and back yards of our new house. Big flagstone on concrete patio with a drystack retaining wall and built in cooking area with a large smoker and 18 inch Weber plus a lot of outdoor lighting and plants. Hired him a second and third time to do a new driveway and additional side concrete work. Roger and Sue E.”
