“The services were to eliminate existing planting and beds, develop new landscape beds with plantings consistent with the existing soil conditions. Eliminate old retaining walls, walkways and stairs with new, making the color scheme to suit the house. Added a wrought iron fence and gate complete with stone pillars, access gates etc. Improved the grass areas again to work with the soil condition. Added plants around existing landscape ponds. Areas had exterior lighting added and installation of yard and landscape beds with a sprinkler system. All the selections of trees, plantings and seed were provided by the company and had unique features to improve the appearance and blended excellent with existing trees that remained. All work was within budget; schedule had bumps in the road due to early winter and existing rock, but came together well.”

“We've known Chris and Liz for 4 years and have had a wonderful relationship with them. They always do a very thorough job cleaning up our yard which has a big variety of plants, shrubs and trees. Ryan and Blake Showed up bright and early every morning and worked incredibly hard each day, so much so that our deck was complete within five business days, despite some last minute plan changes on our end. “We contacted Picture Lake Landscaping because we liked the work they had done at the home of a neighbour. We have been very pleased with our new landscaping. We had a complete makeover, as our previous landscaping had been installed 23 years earlier. Everything from the former project was removed and an assortment of flowering shrubs, trees, bushes and ornamental grasses were installed. It looks beautiful. The project was completed in a timely manner and the yard was nicely cleaned up after it was completed. I would highly recommend Picture Lake Landscaping.”

“We had a deck removed when we sided our house recently. We wanted a low maintenance patio and to replace the steps to two exterior doors. John Gebbie came up with a design that fit perfectly, with landings for both sets of steps and a garden area next to the house. It looks great. He topped all the paver work off with a beautiful topsoiling and seeding of all the lawn areas that were affected by the equipment moving out the old cement steps, bringing in and compacting the base stone and bringing in the pavers. All we have to do is water. We're very happy with the results.”
