“I moved into a new home in Oct of 2015. I have ordered 4 lighting fixtures from Rockingham Electric. Two I purchased at the retail center, a large foyer chandelier and a matching hallway light, and then two bathroom vanity fixtures I ordered from their online website. First I will say that I am happy with the quality of the lights received, all of them look great in my home. I did have a couple of glitches with missing or wrong parts received. For the chandelier, there was a crystal chain that was missing but it was decorative and I didn't need it for installation. They worked with me to get a replace,net from the manufacturer who took their sweet time sending it after Rockingham having to make a second follow up call. The other issue was with the online order. I received the wrong colored glass but I didn't hate it so they offered me a discount or they would get me the correct glass. Again, they had great customer service when I had an issue and worked towards resolving the problem. If I have future lighting needs, I will consider using them again.”

“My wife and I purchased two lights from them and they are both perfect for our antique house in Portsmouth. They came out amazing and is the perfect touch for our house where normal off the rack lights would look out of place and cheap. The finish and the style are exactly what we were looking for. “We got 100% satisfaction! I have nothing but great things to say about the lighting design in our home. Deborah did our lighting design all over the mail. We sent her the blue prints and she took it from there. Our home is in NC but that was not an obstacle. We received our lighting design in a timely manner. We expressed what we wanted and relied on the advise and expertise from Deborah for the entire house. Deborah designed the lighting for every room of our 2700 sq. ft. house. From placement of wall sconces, light fixtures all in the perfect spot, to include all the can lights (33 total). Deborah Stuke is a knowledgeable professional that knows what she's doing.
