“I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! “We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”
