“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.”

“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“This company is on the few companies I hired where not only they provided me with an outstanding service but way beyond what you would expect from the minor little detail .They are not satisfied and leave the job site unless you are satisfied ,they have always an answer to your question and give you the best advise I have been working with them on my project since 2015 and never was disappointed. I won't trade them or their services for no money in the world .Anthony for example is a person who pays an enormous attention to the details .I can't with just a few words describe all their professionalism .I have to say I love to work with them and will continue to update my system. “Our experience with Kevin Crouse Audio Design has been a 10+. Kevin transformed our old Stereo/TV system into a surround system with universal remote. You feel as if you are sitting in a movie theatre rather than our den. The sound is sensational! Kevin brought subcontractors into the project for custom woodwork. The project was seamless. The workmanship and follow through were meticulous. A year later, Kevin made an evening house-call to help us with a problem that presented with our system after a power outage. Kevin has been back in our home to run wires through walls and cabinetry to hide cable boxes. He treats large projects and small projects with the same level of professionalism. “We have known Tom Curnin - president of Bravo AV for over 20 years. He started out as a client with some knowledge of design and a passion for music and sound and hired us to design his home. One of the requirements was that we incorporate within the design all of the components of his audio visual system without drawing attention to it and focusing on the overall design. The project was a success and we have been working on other projects since. When Tom decided to open his Custom A/V firm, we saw this as a natural transition, as his love of music and design, could be integrated in a profession that he loves. Not many people can say they love what they do. We have worked on a number of projects and Tom and his staff, have made it easy incorporating all aspects of design challenges with the complexity of the audio visual world. As the field is ever changing, Bravo AV is on top of all of the technological advances and can offer from very complex systems to very simple ones. No project is too small or to large. His firm provides the same level of professionalism and attention to detail regardless of the budget. We have worked on complex integrated home systems which coordinate lighting, audio, visual, security, internet connections, phone, etc. on a single iPad to simple systems of integrating a TV within a master suite. We can say enough about Bravo AV. He is always available and is on our speed dial. We look forward to working with him and his team for many years to come.”
