“To start this review up front, I have to clarify that I came to Eric at Modern Home Systems after surviving a nightmare experience purchasing a home theater/install from a well known vendor associated with a national big box chain. In short, I was ripped off and received faulty product and subpar installation for a super inflated price. So when I moved into my first home and needed a new home theater install in my living room, I was terrified of being taken advantage of again, but thankfully knew the right questions to ask to better protect myself this time around.
