In addition, I needed someone to design, draw and then take the project to completion. The work was outstanding in quality and detail. Anything we wanted to change or tweak, he was more than willing to do. The final project gets the "oohs and aahs" from friends one would hope for and our new basement is now the most fun and inviting part of the house. “Cody build a custom mid century’esk chicken coop for us. May not seem like a big deal but we aren’t a normal couple. This was a huge double coop with 2 separate runs on a mountain. Cody was a professional through and through. Came up w a design and went to work. It’s been over a year now and I hear the foxes every night and haven’t lost a hen yet. Plus it looks amazing!”

“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”
