“I want you to know that we continue to love and admire our plaster walls. All of our visitors love it as well. Thanks for a making such a beautiful addition to our home. My vision was to have walls that were made of a natural substance, that showed texture and energy with an artistic flare. The exposed concrete walls we were expecting in our new condo had been covered in a cement-like substance that did not come anywhere close to my vision. The depth, texture, colour and uniqueness had been completely covered and changed to a dull, plain, one-dimensional covering. I now have walls and columns that are the feature of each room. Each one is unique from the other. All have colour, dimension, depth, and organic texture in a safe, natural product. Everything from the look, the feel and the aroma are beautiful. It’s always a concern when working with a contractor or when commissioning an artistic piece, that there will be difficulty in communicating expectations or reaching a solid understanding of what I hope to see in the finished product. After my first meeting with Patrick, I felt I had been heard and that he would carefully apply his skill and artistic talents to my project. He seemed to understand me immediately. I felt a real sense of awe with what Patrick created for me in my home. My expectations were exceeded. I love my limestone plaster. They make a beautiful and unique statement. Patrick demonstrated strong integrity in his work. No short cuts were taken. Every question was answered. Patrick brought his A game every day. I know of no other person with Patrick’s skill in plaster work. He was very flexible, although I must say, I did not interfere with his creative process. We provided the space to work in, the colours of the plaster and our expectation that the work would show depth and energy. Patrick did the rest! He was on time every day and worked as long as it took to achieve the day’s objectives. I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with ecowalls, without hesitation.
