First, Gracy provided a thorough and professional estimate of our exterior house painting project taking many photos to get as accurate a quote as possible. She returned the quote in a timely manner and gave us the start date we requested. When we were ready a month earlier than we anticipated, Gracy had her team on the site the following Monday. Gracy always kept us informed of next steps and of when she expected to be back for the next part of the job. She answered all of our questions completely and graciously. She had a team of carpenters on site to repair and replace sills, fascia boards and shingles where needed. Gracy and her painter, Robert, did the rest of the job. They power-washed everything, removed shutters, downspouts, covered windows, light fixtures, meter boxes etc and taped everything carefully. For example, Gracy suggested painting the foundation with a special paint, the same color as the main part of the house. It made the house look whole. I would never have thought of it myself but what a difference it makes. We finished the project today with a complete walk around and after a few more touch-ups and another walk-around, we said goodbye to these consummate professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. They deserve every penny we paid them.”
