“We met with and hired Katy Bell after losing our builder in middle of our more than $500k remodel project. She immediately came to us with a vision and solution to our specific roadblocks including tying our exterior colors/style together and finding the right subcontractors to get the job done at a very reasonable price. She has listened to our requests respectively (even when she doesn't agree with them). She has inspired us with ideas that we never considered before and made us excited about our project again. More importantly, she has found ways to compromise on plans when my husband and I have not been able to agree on a direction. We do not know what we would do without Katy Bell and can't wait to hear what ideas she comes up with next. She has been the best investment we've made on our project!”

“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“Cindy has been nothing short of spectacular. Always prompt with renderings/drawings; and most accommodating with scheduling as we were mostly out of state starting with the demo stage. She introduced us to a cabinet maker who delivered top notch cabinets and trim work. Cindy provided us with subs and monitored their work while we were away. “We opened up a wall, that was load bearing. Took out a closet and replaced stair carpet with oak treads. We were very pleased with the job Tommy did. Got the work done in the time stated in the contract. We hit a structural issue, but Tommy was on top of it. We would recommend this company.”

“We have consulted with Beth several times and will again. Beth's approach to design challenges is to learn as much as she can about your personal preferences. She asks a lot of questions and might take you on a field assignment to visit stores and suppliers to look at and discuss colors, styles and designs. She listens well. She will then integrate your input into a suggested design plan for you to consider. Beth sorted through all the overwhelming choices out there and presented a plan that was "us". We could never have come up with that plan by ourselves. We loved it. We give Beth our highest recommendation.”
