He turned the images in my head into actual plans for my contractors. He will be doing the balance of my remodel!
Any time there was a change on-site, he adjusted it so that we had current plans. Just ask him for his work! You will see the quality! I am incredibly picky and he was better than anything I could have imagined. He met every deadline and was reasonable. I only wish I had more finished photos.”

Leah has an amazing talent for listening to what I (and other clients) want, drawing a picture and turning those conversations and pictures into examples of exactly what I want. As a builder/remodeling contractor, we have collaborated on projects as diverse as minor remodels, new home construction, major additions and renovations of existing homes, the construction of a commercial bookstore-coffee shop and total renovation/rebuilding of a 3000 square foot Hurricane Katrina-damaged church 400 feet from the Gulf of Mexico, a project that became a 7400 square foot church raised 14 feet in the air on carefully designed piers. Her vision and thorough attention to details made this $2 million project a very visible example of rebuilding on the Coast.
We have worked with Leah regularly for over 5 years and I look forward to dealing with Watters Architecture on a continuing basis.”

Great attention was placed on preserving the natural landscape and numerous 100+ year old live oaks. Several months into the design, we totally changed plans and adapted a second home plan to the lot.Don was extremely easy to work with and provided excellent and comprehensive plans. He personally visited the site several times before construction and during construction to see how the lines on paper became our home.”
