“Totally re-plumbed our 1950's rambler built slab on grade (so some pipes were buried in concrete and there is no crawl space. I was absolutely shocked at how little damage to drywall had to occur for them to have access to redo it all plus we had them add features. I wouldn't look to any other plumbing company again. The old galvanized pipe sprung a leak above our kitchen, we hired another company to patch it, they came out, fixed the wrong pipe, and the next thing you know we had to replace our whole kitchen because of the extent of the damage 2 days later. “Colin Gill came and fixed the really poor job done by another plumber while I was installing a suite in my house. He was able to redesign the configuration of the pipes to make a much better design for the bathroom, and adjust some fittings I had for a custom concrete based sink. He even found where the carpenters had cut into the drainpipe behind my new kitchen cabinets. He is a young guy that comes from a tradition of plumbing, but has tons of experience and energy. He doesn't just glue pipes together. He actually knows what he is doing, turns up on time, provides you with suggestions, and is polite and efficient. A breath of fresh air.”

We completed a major kitchen remodel this past Spring and Sam Scilley from Resolution Plumbing did just an utterly fabulous job to make sure that our new Kraus kitchen sink, Moen faucet & Air Gap, Badger garbage disposal, dishwasher and water maker lines were plumbed and installed properly without any hiccups. Sam is able to assess the task at hand in such a no nonsense and sensible manner. He is very straightforward in his pleasant demeanor and calmly explains things likewise in a very reassuring manner.
