“Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very nice and understood what the situation was. They were accommodating and able to meet with me the very next day. There was an issue with them sending a text they were on their way and then after awhile I called them and they hadn't actually left yet. But he got there and evaluated the problem.”

“This is a real find in Plumbing professionals. During the first visit to take care of some immediate issues (broken winterized pipe, change a faucet, etc) the plumber evaluated the further needs and said that I would need more than an hour time segment for two people to get the rest plumbing done. The next appointment was set while he was here. The next day two plumbers came, on time, right on the dot of when they said they would be here, and started working on the problem, a clogged kitchen pipe on the third floor. The job was quite complicated as the pipe was so clogged that the water had diverged flow, making it quite difficult to diagnose and correct. They took care of this and a number of other issues that were not planned for the day, after calling their company to report the extras and estimate the time they would take. I was so pleased with the work that after they left I was looking around to find what other plumbing needs might I have for the future, only to realize they had taken care of everything! (for the moment that is). I recommended the company to a friend who hired them and in her turn was very pleased with them.”

“Danny always provides excellent amazing and timely service; he is my go-to call for plumbing! He replaced our water heater, repaired numerous leaks on different occasions, replaced our faucet and helped our families for years. He took the time to explain different options, prices, and issues to help us understand what was going on before we took the next step. He's has been available within hours when timing matters most for a simple leak to your basement flooding. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber!”

“Jiffy Plumbing & Heating did two jobs for us. They fixed our water heater and cleared a main sewer stoppage from the front yard and cleaned it out. They stayed until the job was finished and did a great job! We also really liked that they gave us advice for the future to avoid future costs.”
