“This is a real find in Plumbing professionals. During the first visit to take care of some immediate issues (broken winterized pipe, change a faucet, etc) the plumber evaluated the further needs and said that I would need more than an hour time segment for two people to get the rest plumbing done. The next appointment was set while he was here.
The next day two plumbers came, on time, right on the dot of when they said they would be here, and started working on the problem, a clogged kitchen pipe on the third floor. The job was quite complicated as the pipe was so clogged that the water had diverged flow, making it quite difficult to diagnose and correct. They took care of this and a number of other issues that were not planned for the day, after calling their company to report the extras and estimate the time they would take.
I was so pleased with the work that after they left I was looking around to find what other plumbing needs might I have for the future, only to realize they had taken care of everything! (for the moment that is).
I recommended the company to a friend who hired them and in her turn was very pleased with them.”
