They were unable to make the repair that day because they didn't have the parts on hand, but they ordered the equipment and set up an appointment for my earliest convenience. The technician, Chris, was straightforward with the entire process and provided quotes to have the problem fixed versus replaced so I could make an informed decision. “Twice during December my furnace stopped working during sub-zero temperatures. The first time, a repairman was at my home within 2 hours and heat was restored. They suggested that the fan motor may be going out but I declined to replace it at that time since the furnace was working. A couple weeks later, it stopped working again. The repairs were completed before noon on the same day. The staff is always friendly and professional, they take the time to explain the problem and discuss options.”
