This saved me thousands of dollars. They've also installed a water softener and fixed other issues in my home and at many friends- including an emergency hot water heater replacement. They are professional, on time, respectful, and do not over charge. They are the best!”

“I call Sal Plumbing at 8:00 in the morning and they arrived to my house 2 hours later. After they checked the leak from the water heater, they explained me what need to be done (which were 2 options basically: either to replace the existing water heater with new one OR to have a tankless system that will save us space and will save us money). We agreed on the removal of the water heater and to install a tankless system instead. We were surprised that as soon as we agreed on it…they start working on the removal of the water heater while the office sent the tankless system with one of their people. They knew very good what need to be done and we are extremely pleased and happy with the work that they did for us. On top of that, they also replaced all the gas and water valves (One of them was even free of charge). After 4 hours of work, the complete replacement was complete and they also trashed the old water heater. After everything was done, they didn’t leave the house before cleaning the work space and explained to us everything about the new system and what we need to do in case it will leak again (till they will arrive of course) and how to start the system. “On a Thursday morning, we had an emergency...a water leak under our house slab. Red Hat, unlike other major plumbers in our area, said they would come immediately and they did so. We arranged to have a full house above ground repiping, a major job, rather than simply trying to find and repair a leak under the slab . The pricing was reasonable for the large amount of complex work involved and they started working on the leak immediately. The repiping team arrived the next day and worked very long hours, including a Saturday...they would have worked on Sunday also but they were not able to do so because of prior plans. On the following Monday, they arrived early and worked until 7PM so that we could have hot water in part of the house before they left. On Tues, they finished repiping the entire house. The rarely took breaks, worked constantly, were friendly and informative and did an amazingly complicated job as quickly as they possibly could. They left the job as clean as they could given the amount of drywall dust that was generated. Although there is a considerable amount of drywall repair necessary (this is not included in their work) and we have to put away a lot of personal belongings that had to be moved, I have no hesitation recommending Red Hat for any plumbing job you may have.
