They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. Not only did Jake Mason design the pool but he also and supervised the install and we have been absolutely thrilled. The swimming pool has surpassed all of our expectations, and our grandkids absolutely love it. We have to say the big test with any service company is how they respond to the service calls after the bills have been paid and the job is complete. Finished product is beautiful, salt water, pebble tec finish, and included new deck and patio and energy efficiency. Work was prompt, well coordinated, daily cleanup, and true to estimate. “I hired Sunset Pool and Spa's after my wife an I purchased a home in Orange Park Acres. I received three quotes and three separate designs, Bill's design being the winner. We had quite a bit of demo to do but all in the process took 9 weeks which is pretty standard. We are constantly getting compliments on the design and look of our pool. In addition, he even can by 6 months after completion to literally show me how to take apart my filter and clean it. You can't go wrong with Sunset”

“We had plans drawn up for a complete backyard remodel that included the pool. Our decision to go with Angel’s Pools for a significant portion of the remodel was based on price, communication, and reviews. Edward, who wrote the proposal, was extremely efficient. He was prompt with returning my phone call, surveying the job site, and submitting their bid. The proposal was detailed and very clearly written. The initial impression left no doubt on who we felt most confortable with to remodel our pool. I needed trust and confidence in a contractor. Construction projects come not just with financial concerns but also with emotional challenges. It can be extremely stressful. From the initial contact with Edward on the proposal to the interaction with Jose, who is the owner and who supervises the construction, we could not have been happier! We had a few minor issues that were unforeseeable but Jose was there to calm any concerns and work through those issues. I requested five change orders during the construction and Edward was always fair and consistent with pricing. Jose and the crews were always timely and pushed hard to meet their timelines. Jose was extremely cooperative with all the other sub-contractors I hired for other portions of the project. There technical skill level was great. I could not imagine anybody better to work with than Jose. His communication was outstanding throughout the construction. We could not be more satisfied with the work Angel’s Pools performed for us. I would not hesitate to work with them again!”
