He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”

No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. “We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. “We had plans drawn up for a complete backyard remodel that included the pool. Our decision to go with Angel’s Pools for a significant portion of the remodel was based on price, communication, and reviews. Edward, who wrote the proposal, was extremely efficient. He was prompt with returning my phone call, surveying the job site, and submitting their bid. The proposal was detailed and very clearly written. The initial impression left no doubt on who we felt most confortable with to remodel our pool. I needed trust and confidence in a contractor. Construction projects come not just with financial concerns but also with emotional challenges. It can be extremely stressful. From the initial contact with Edward on the proposal to the interaction with Jose, who is the owner and who supervises the construction, we could not have been happier!
