The Red Door Team is the go to group for Real Estate. Over the years my company, H2View, has worked with them when we have a client wanting to build or remodel and are looking for the perfect property. I love the RED DOOR TEAM. My house was a tough sell. We're borderline hoarders and my hubby gave up nothing to make the house look appealing. Also, while on the market we found out that we had a one bedroom septic that we always thought was a 3 bedroom one. Through this, and many other bumps in the road, the team kept a happy face, calmed our fears, answered our avalanche of questions, and did the job. Sherri, Carmen, and Ada were a dream to work with. I just bought a house! I can't say I did it all by myself; it was definitely a team effort. Carmen & Sherri Hansen, and Ada Antoci at The Red Door Team embraced me from the moment I decided, why rent? Knowing my circumstances were going to take a little more effort, it was suggested a free home buyers class which qualified me for down payment assistance! At first, I fell into the trance that I could buy a fixer upper. It looks so easy on Pinterest and HGTV. Carmen never passed judgement, but did suggest she was afraid I was in store for a money pit. Exactly the reality check I needed! We refocused my search and I found the perfect home! This 1901 beauty lacks a bit of curb appeal which put it right in my price range, but has modern upgrades, charming additions, and the bones in tact! I am able to move in right away, enjoying the finishes inside, and still add my personal touch and hard work to the outside to increase enjoyment and value. I just dug up a fantastic tile patio that had been buried by years of ivy and blackberry growth. What a treasure! Ada and Carmen stayed by my side even after the paperwork was signed, making sure I was comfortable and I had all that I needed, like the mailbox key! I am so pleased with the house I bought, and the support I was given. My mortgage is less than what I was paying in rent. I feel like yelling, "if I can do it anyone can!", but you can't do it alone. Its a team effort. I never had to worry about a thing and would recommend The Red Door Team to those both new to home buying, or not.

The Red Door team is amazing to work with. They are professional, helpful, and can explain a complicated process so that it is easy to understand. I highly recommend them for your next home purchase. They are better to work with than other real estate agents because they are backed by a whole team of people that are always accessible and also brings a wealth of knowledge that you can only get with a team!

I've had these folks transform my outside into several living spaces, which included three covered areas. The first was a covered patio with a traditional roof on top but 6 by 6 beams for supports and large cedar details on the underneath with a center mounted tommy bahama tropical fan and gas fireplace table with chairs. In addition the second area included a deck on the second floor off the kitchen carrying the cedar look from the downstairs with the large beams. This included a custom build out for my large barbecue grill and a rose/copper colored glass for the roof to allow the sunshine to come in when grilling or lounging. Underneath this second story deck it was constructed in a way that water during the rainy season they may have come in from the upper deck would funnel into a gutter and keep the area below dry. This allowed a hot tub to be build underneath that stays dry which means it can be used year round. This team has an excellent eye on how to maximize the design with style and functionality (reads - increased resell value). In addition since they have both design and construction skill sets time and cost always come in under plan.
