Their sales reps were courteous, informative and not pushy, however they didn't realize that their roof venting system (which they highlighted as a major improvement for my roof) wouldn't be compatible with my insulated vaulted ceilings. They kept me well informed of their scheduled start date which evolved a bit due to weather and other projects. Once they got started, the crew worked efficiently and carefully around my extensive landscaping and did a good job with the installation. They consulted with me immediately once the incompatibility with the vent system became apparent. I appreciate that they chose to talk to me about it first and allow me to redirect that part of the project rather than go ahead with something that wouldn't work down the road. They were also decent about negotiating a discount for this change. I certainly appreciate the high quality Owens Corning product they install and the warranty that backs it up.”
