“Mr. Worden met with me in-home, quoted a price during the initial consultation, and held true to that price throughout the installation. A new roof was put on the house, carport, and shed, gutters were added, and a power fan was put in the attic; all of which I was very pleased with. There was a slight issue with a downspout coming loose from the side of the house; I emailed Mr. Worden, and he was out and reattached the spout within 36 hours. He did an excellent job and has wonderful customer service and support!”

“I needed a new roof and was having a hard time finding a company to be upfront with me about the issues with my roof and the associated costs until I found Mike at MCI. Mike explained the issues that they found, was honest, personable, always available to answer any question I had (Im a worry wart so I ask a lot). They were always on time, professional, andI feel like his pricing was super competitive (less expensive than most). I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.”

“I hired them to repair a leaking roof. I called over 10 other roofing contractors in the Charlotte area and only 3 of them actually showed up at my house to inspect the damage and provide a quote. The rest either did not show up or never even returned my calls. Unbelievable. Owl Roofing was the only one that showed up on time (early actually), was very professional, and provided a quote on the spot (which they stuck to and was in the middle of the range of the other two). The work was performed in a timely manner and their communication to me was always excellent. In regards to the repair itself, the roof did not leak and has not leaked in the area of the repair. However, during the next few rain storms we did find another area that was leaking. Owl came back out and made an additional repair free of charge even though that was never in the original quote! This was their offer and not something that I mentioned or pushed for. Talk about great customer service! Nine months later, I piece of trim fell off that they had installed, and obviously they did come out and repair that too at no cost to me. Overall, I was very happy and will definitely use them again. I only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because 4.5 is not available, and everyone needs room for improvement. My only cons being the trim falling off and there was also a little trash left in my yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone and not waste any time calling anyone else.”
